Pudong Grade 3：Science Fair

The annual Pudong Campus Science Fair was held on May 7th. The third graders were so excited to take part in this fun event! The students chose their topics by observing questions in real life. Then, they prepared for their experiments. After designing their experiments, they worked on their projects and recorded every step. Last, but not least, they made conclusions and reflected on their experiments. Students explored which kind of liquids can make plants grow better, made volcano experiments with coke, and showed why we need to wash our hands by displaying petri dishes of germs. During the fair, all the 3rd graders introduced their “research stories” to the judges with passion and shared their experiences with their peers. The Science Fair does not just motivate the students to explore more in science world, but also develops their teamwork and presentation skills.
