Music Group: The SHS Wind Ensemble Won the Highest Award in China

The SHS Wind Ensemble is composed of students from the local and international departments of Shanghai high school. In the 13th China High-class Amateur Band Festival during "May Day", the SHS Wind Ensemble won the honor of "Demonstration Orchestra": the highest possible award. Shanghai High School also won the "Outstanding Contribution Award for Chinese wind music development".

The SHS Wind Ensemble was established in October 2010 to provide a platform for students to display their musical talent. The SHS Wind Ensemble received strong support from both the school and parents. Every member of the Wind Ensemble is full of positive energy and will become an even more excellent team with continued dedication and practice.
