Pudong Grade 4: The Effort Solutions

April 16, 2019

During the CAS class on April 11th, the 4th graders at Pudong campus completed a meaningful introspection practice. With the guidance of their homeroom teachers, the kids discussed the problems they recently experienced, such as not copying homework completely into their contact book. They also talked about the effect of the problem, and some possible solutions. The solutions needed to be “effort solutions” that require personal effort rather than asking others for help or relying too much on tools, which was emphasized by the teachers. After that came the activities! By drawing a pie chart, the 4th graders depicted their problems, their cause and effect, and the effort solutions they came up with. What a meaningful class!
