Senior Section Math Group: Celebrating the Pi-Day (I)

March 14^th marks the ninth International Pi Day. In order to awaken the students’ love for Math and encourage curiosity and innovation, the Math teachers from the senior section prepared a lot of meaningful mathematical activities. Activities included making a microfilm of a mathematician, “Math Rap”, artwork on “The Beauty of Math”, “Fun Math”, and more. The students showed great passion and team spirit during the process. Meanwhile, more and more students became aware that Math is everywhere in their lives. Beyond these activities, the STEM club, organized by several talented students with strong leadership and implementation capacity, will run a 3V3 Math competition “Math Knockout”, from March 14^th to April 30^th, which will be supervised by the math teachers. Students are welcome to join the competitions to celebrate Pi Day!
