Pudong Grade 1: My Dinosaur Baby

On Feburary 28th, the first-grade students in SHSID Pudong campus had a unique experience in their social studies class: students were making dinosaurs from clay. In order to enhance students’ understanding about how dinosaurs might have look like and what kind of features dinosaurs may have had, students were given clay in different colors to create their own dinosaurs. Students were so excited to show their dinosaur babies to fellow classmates. From this kinetic activity, students had a better understanding of different creatures on the Earth.
