Grades 7-8：Lantern Riddles

Yesterday was the first day of a new semester. In response to the Chinese New Year, a festive lantern riddles activity was prepared for seventh and eighth grade students in CAS class.

During the activity, riddles were broadly categorized, including riddles about Chinese or English language, biology, nature, geography, math and food. The contents of the riddles were creative and intriguing, combining knowledge and entertainment into one. Students thought and discussed the answers. Sometimes one could even hear someone else shout excitedly, “Yes! I’ve got it!”

For those who answered several riddles correctly, the school prepared small prizes for them. By the end of CAS, students shared with each other lollipops and dry tang yuan. I believe that this activity will leave students a great impression.
