Pudong Grade 5: The Ten Most

On the afternoon of Tuesday, January 8th, 2019, fifth grade students at SHSID Pudong Campus had a sweet P&B lesson, both as a way to celebrate the new year and as an expression of gratitude for the whole semester. During the lesson, students were asked to nominate the classmates they thought were “the most hardworking” or “the most helpful”, had “the cutest smile”, showed “the most improvement”, etc. on a ballot.

This activity aims to cultivate a habit of showing kindness among the students, and to encourage more classroom engagement. By the end of the semester, which is also the beginning of a new year, we hope that students learn a precious lesson out of the annual sum-up.
