The 2019 Shanghai Children's Zodiac Painting Exhibition

“Colorful 2019”, artwork by student Huang Liang Yi (11 years old, SHSID), won the Golden Pig award at the tenth Shanghai Children's Zodiac Painting Exhibition in 2019.

In order to cultivate children's painting creativity and enrich their cultural lives, the Shanghai Zodiac Painting Exhibition, jointly organized by Changning District Children's Library and Shanghai Hongqiao Contemporary Art Museum, has been held for nine consecutive sessions since 2010. The content and form of the exhibition highlight traditional Chinese Zodiac culture.
