Grade 9: SHSID 25th Anniversary Posters
During P&B on December 27th, each 9th grade class was given a poster to sign in honor of SHSID’s 25th anniversary. Each poster had a shot of SHSID’s beautiful campus that inspired school pride. The students were told to sign their name carefully in order to maintain the posters signifying this historical event. As well as signing their names, students also wrote down their best wishes for the school. Everyone felt proud that they could be a part of such an inclusive and collaborative community. Many students also expressed their gratitude towards the school for things like “always being there”, for “providing a plethora of opportunities”, and of course for “white hairs and reduced weight”. However, this sense of school spirit the school creates and readily promotes is only one of the things that makes SHSID distinct among its competition. Whether it’s the breathtaking campus, brilliant scholars, or expert faculty members, it is immediately evident to anyone that SHSID is truly a special place. Happy Birthday, SHSID! May there be a dazzling future ahead of you.
