High School Biology Department: Open Class Day

On December 20th, 2018, during the open class day for 10th grade students, the 11th grade biology classes held an interesting class activity. The topic of this class was “flowers”. The teachers prepared various flowers for dissection, including lilies, roses, tulips and chrysanthemums. Through the flower dissection, students learnt the structure and function of floral parts. During the activity, students showed great interest and studied flower structures carefully. The classroom was filled with the fragrance of flowers and the learning objectives were promptly met.
