Puxi Grade 1 : Chinese Tongue Twister Competition

Tongue twisters are a popular and interesting language game for children around the world. By practicing tongue twisters, children may improve their fluency of a language. To help motivate our students learn Chinese, the Chinese teachers of grade one prepared a Chinese Tongue Twister Competition. The competition was held on December 5th in Chinese class. All the first graders in our Native Chinese classes participated in the competition. Each student needed to read nine Chinese tongue twisters in one minute. The students who finished the tongue twisters won. All of the students tried very hard, an average about ten students in each class won the competition. The Chinese teachers will look for more ways to motivate our students to learn Chinese in the future.
