The MFP Campus Noontime Music Salon

As the bell rang at 12:10 pm last Friday, November 23, it signaled the end of the first half of the school day and alerted members from Music For People (MFP) Club to gather together in the lobby of the ZX Annex Building for a campus noontime music salon. The members warmly prepared snacks like biscuits and chocolates for their audience to enjoy during the concert. The pieces were performed on various instruments, such as piano, violin, clarinet, guitar, and the flute. As usual, there were modern pieces as well as classical masterpieces, which contrasted in the way the notes were played and how the chords were arranged. This contrast showed how music can be interpreted in different ways and melodies. Principal Ma, Director Liu, Ms. Zhang, and Mr. Li from the school Wind Ensemble attended the concert to support the MFP club members. The club founder of the SHS miyin Club also came and showed great interest in building future cooperation between the two clubs to create more exciting events together. Thank you all for coming to our concert, and we look forward to seeing you all again during the next function!
