Grade 7 History Class: Let’s exhibit the achievements made during the golden age of Greece

November 2, 2018

7th Graders were studying the Golden Age of Greece recently. A project was assigned and students were asked to make an artifact that reflected the architecture, art, or other significant constructions of the time period. Students used varied materials, from toothpicks to glue-guns, to make their amazing works! Some made acropolises, some made weapons, like catapults and battering rams, some made sculptures and pottery, some made columns, while some made Spartan warriors or the Parthenon. “Most of us had a great time making our projects and learned more through our own experience”, reflected by many students. The excellent works are exhibited in the new art building. You are welcome to visit!
