Grade 9: October Birthday Party Celebration

During lunchtime on October 29th, students born in October and birthday party planners all came together in Room 305 of the ZX building for a memorable celebration.

As students gradually entered the party room at 12:20, along with the dull chatting in the room, upbeat music began playing in the background, creating a relaxed, joyful atmosphere. More and more students arrived, but little did they know, that the party was just getting started. A staff member went to the front of the room, and hinted for other birthday party planners to come up to the stage. Together, they sang “Happy Birthday” for their fellow October-born classmates. Their voices were greeted with warm smiles, claps, and cheers.

“Pizza’s here!” party staff called out, attracting many hungry glances. Orderly, the pizzas were placed on the table, and students could not wait to fill their empty stomachs with delicious cheese and pepperoni pizza.

Not long after, all that was left on the table were boxes and containers, yet there was still a small surprise awaiting the students—a moist chocolate cake, layered with chocolate cream, topped with fruits, dollops of cream, and chocolate bits was put on the table. A candle was placed in the center of the birthday cake, and the students blew out the candles in unison, as staff members sang the Birthday Song once again. One by one, the pupils were offered pieces of chocolate cake.

The party ended on a merry note, when party staff members waved the students goodbye, and wrapped up the October Birthday Party Celebration.
