Pudong Grade 1: Fairy Tale Adventure

On Oct. 25th, 2018, Grade One students at SHSID Pudong campus headed for the Shanghai Anderson Paradise for an enlightening field trip. After a 35-minute ride, students arrived with great enthusiasm. In front of the them was a spacious park with a variety of attractions, including entertainment facilities, educational museums, animated shows, and experiencing areas. The first graders had fun with the Little Pirates’ Slides, went to the activity area for a fun experience with fairy tales, had their scrumptious homemade lunch, and competed at flying a plane. We hope that from this field trip, students could learn to balance between their academic pursuits, as well as their natural inquiry and being responsible, independent learners.
