Professional Development (Cultivating Relationships)

The lovely teachers of the Primary and Middle school came together Friday afternoon for a virtual field trip centered around cultivating relationships. Thank you Melanie for taking our teachers on a walk through of your classroom by having us enter the same way your students come in every day. Our teachers learned to create a safe space in their classrooms through partner talks, videos, and team building activities. The teachers in Pudong also recorded videos talking about how relationships lead to success in the classroom. At SHSID we strive to build relationships inside and outside of the classroom with our students.
