College Open Information Session @ SHSID (IX)——Carnegie Mellon University

On the evening of October 17th, Mr. Mike Steidel and Mr. Greg Edleman, two admission officers from Carnegie Mellon University, visited Shanghai High School International Division and hosted a public information session for the Shanghai Community. Mr. Steidel opened the session with a brief overview of the institution, then provided some details on the location of the university and its student communities. Afterwards, Mr. Edleman elaborated on the different colleges, admission process, and abundant research opportunities provided by the institution. The information session concluded with a Q&A session. After the admission officers clarified a number of questions, the session successfully drew to an end.
