Foreign Teacher Fisrt Aid Training

While their pupils were enjoying their off Friday, forty of our beloved SHSID teachers became the students. A group of teachers representing all grades and subjects learned valuable First Aid skills, including CPR and AED training.

Instructors Doctor Frank Wu and his assistant Clay used mannequin demonstrations, lectures on the different procedures for children and adults, and even had the teachers practice the Heimlich Maneuver on each other! Teachers attended this training had all passed the final test for CPR and AED.

This training is a part of SHSID's commitment to make the school a safe and joyous place for all staff and students!
