Puxi Grade 4: Fitness Challenge
Week 7 was the sports week for the primary section. To respond to the call from school about particpating in more sports, the fourth graders had Fitness Challenge this week.
“Fitness Challenge” is a very popular phrase among all walks of life. For kids, instead of going to the gym, they can build up their bodies by practicing easy movements, such as planks, jumping jacks, toss and catch, sit-ups, stork balance, and squats. The fourth graders made a fitness goal before sports week and presented it to the whole class during the PE class on October 15. During P&B class on October 18, the students practiced yoga and zumba on the lawn. They enjoyed these fun activities a lot and we hope our students could gain a lot of fun and build up their bodies in sports.
