Pudong Grade 5: Chinese Handwriting Competition

During Chinese class on Oct. 12th, the annual Chinese Handwriting Competition was held for Grade 5 students. As a traditional event, the competition is designed to arouse students' interest in Chinese handwriting and improve their handwriting skills. Moreover, it is a great way to introduce students to the culture of Chinese calligraphy. The 5th graders sat up straight and neatly wrote the assigned content. On this tranquil autumn morning, with the scratching of pens on paper, we captivated by the charm of Chinese handwriting.
