Grade 6: Study Room

The students of Grade 6 are eager to better themselves and take on bigger academic challenges. A study group led by Ms. Jessica and Ms. Lea make study materials available to those who wish to move to higher levels. Every Wednesday, during the lunch break, student volunteers provide handouts for the 6th graders. During odd weeks they give out extra English problems, and during even weeks they provide Math materials.

In the group’s first session at 12:30, diligent students came to Room 203 to pick up Math worksheets. A surprisingly large amount of students turned out. Even though forty copies of H level Math worksheets were available, they were all gone in minutes! There weren’t many of the sixty copies of S+ level Math worksheets left either.

The Study Group is a great opportunity for those who need extra problems in preparation for their move-up tests. It provides excellent study materials that every student can benefit from. We hope that those currently using this service will reach the next level and that the studious atmosphere will grow as more students join!
