Pudong Campus Grade 2: Celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival

The Dragon Boat Festival is coming soon. Being one of China’s traditional festivals, obviously, you can bet that it involves lots of interesting customs.

During the Personal Growth class of the Week 15, the second grade students from Pudong campus were learning how to make sachets into the shape of zongzi– sticky rice dumplings. Firstly, they used the colors to color the shell of the sachet, and then fixed a node on the top of the sachet. The kids were working so carefully, and look how adorable these finished-products are! We even ate some of the zongzi after they were finished, and they were delicious!
