Pudong Grade 5: P&B: Puberty Class

During P&B class on June 5th, the Grade 5 students of SHSID’s Pudong campus had a class on puberty. Although they were only 10 or 11 years old, lots of them had been bothered by their puberty ‘problems’. It was a perfect time to give them a lecture on how to face these problems. The boys and girls were divided into two groups and had this class separately. Thanks to their teachers' explanations, their classmates’ questions, and some conversations sharing personal experiences, the students felt less awkward about this topic. We believe that this P&B class helped offer our students the knowledge they need to best face their puberty– the wonder years.
