Pudong campus: Celebrating Dragon Boat Festival

The teachers and students of SHSID celebrated the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival together in the afternoon of May 29th. In the PG/P&B class, the students learned the about of Qu Yuan and the interesting customs of Dragon Boat Festival including eating zongzi, the traditional food for the Dragon Boat Festival, and the Dragon Boat Race.

In the Q&A section, students participated actively. During a fun discussion, they asked creative and thought-provoking questions. Among all the celebratatory activities, the most exciting was the zongzi drawing competition, in which the students showed amazing imagination and drew some very cute rice dumplings. Food is another indispensable part of the celebration, so the teachers and students ate zongzi together. Lucky them!
