Puxi Grade 3: Swimming Competition

The annual swimming competition arrived this week. Many students have been preparing for it for weeks.

On the afternoon of May 29th, the Grade 3 swimming competition was held in SHSID’s indoor swimming pool. The boys’ 25m freestyle came first, followed by the boys’ 25m breaststroke, girls’ 25m freestyle, and the girls’ 25m breaststroke. At last, it was time for the most exciting 4x25m relay. The six Grade 3 classes each took one lane and began their intense competition. Every swimmer tried their best. All the eyes in the audience were glued on the water, not wanting to miss even a second of the action.

Swimming is not only a competitive sport– it can also bring our students healthy bodies and great strength. Every swimmer showed their positivity, never giving up and maintaining a spirit of sportsmanship. We hope they can carry this spirit out of the pool and into their daily lives. Go Stallions!
