Puxi Grade 5: Field Trip
Puxi Grade 5: Field Trip
The 5th graders went to Shanghai Botanical garden for this year's spring outing. While seeing and enjoying the view, they took part in an activity where they had to finish five missions. Each class had 4 groups, and there were 6 to 7 people per group. There was an important mission for every group that was different.
In the first mission, 7 people had to cooperate and pull a rope to make a ball go from one stand to another. In the second mission, everyone had to make a ball go into a can. The third mission was to build wooden blocks as high as possible to earn points. The forth mission was to throw sand bags to a matt that had numbers, then add the thrown number to 200. The last mission was to hold up cards between two people’s bodies
It was extremely challenging but interesting too. We learnt to cooperate with each other, do teamwork, and read maps! This trip had a big purpose– to build up our first step to go into society: learn how to deal with people and reach one goal together. Everyone did well and we all liked it.
