Pudong Grade 2: One Day in the Sculpture Park!

The long-awaited spring outing finally came, and the Grade 2 students from Pudong campus couldn’t wait to go. This time we went to visit an old friend…the Moon Lake Sculpture Park! We had been here before last year on a rainy day, this time was another kind of experience for the kids, since they visited on such a bright sunny day. Early in the morning the kids brought their backpacks, which were full of snacks, and went to the destination by school bus.

Once again, they saw all their favourite things. The giant sculptures in the park, the mystery tree house, the green train on the grass, and the marvelous bouncy blob. They all had so much fun! After play, we all sat under the sun for a picnic. Sharing food is always the best part for the kids on their field trips! Although all they walking they had done really tired them out, still, everyone’s face was wearing a smile of contentment on the return journey.
