College Information Session (VII) – University of Chicago

The University of Chicago, one of the most prestigious research universities in the United States, held an information session at SHSID for the Shanghai Community on May 5th. Ms. Mary Hetlage, the Senior Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Chicago (UoC), gave an insightful session on what makes UoC unique and exceptional through its courses and activities, as well as college applications in general. Over 200 students and parents from Shanghai and nearby cities attended the session, and many asked questions about available opportunities on campus. Overall, the attendees gained a well-rounded overview about the University of Chicago.
