Service Learning Performing Group Perform at Xuhui Retirement Home

On Friday the 27th, Voices From Beyond, in collaboration with DNCR and Bananaheads, performed at a retirement home in Shanghai.

A lady in charge of the retirement home told us the old men and women arrived at the audience seats 1 hour prior our performances! They seemed very excited for our performances.

《怀念曲》(Perain)

After the performance, we took group pictures. Before we left the room, one smiling elder gentleman in particular shook all of our hands. We hope that our performances made the old people happy and brought some enjoyment to their day.

We will have a charity concert on the 25th of May and act in Dear Evan Hansen on June 9th. We hope you can make it there to watch! All of our performances are for charity.
