Pudong Grade 4: Chinese Culture Week—Clay Art

April 24th was the second day of Chinese Culture Week. The fourth graders used clay to make bowls, plates, cups and many other creative things. The teachers gave every student a bag of clay and all of the students couldn’t wait to do some handcrafts! Some students made teacups, some made pen stands, and some even tried to make ancient soldiers. Squashing the clay in their hands, the fourth grade students enjoyed an excellent Chinese culture activity.
