Primary Students Enjoy Traditional Chinese Music & Shadow Puppet Show

On the afternoon on April 27th, the primary students of SHSID enjoyed a traditional shadow puppet show and a music performance played on traditional Chinese instruments, with the help of an organization called the Shanghai Ashine Public Welfare Center. Many famous puppet-masters and musicians were invited to perform in front of all the primary students and teachers.

Everyone was deeply impressed by the elegance of the musical performance, and the unique shadow puppet show, which was based on the popular Chinese folk tales. All the teachers believe that thanks to this performance, every student will know a little more about traditional Chinese forms of entertainment.
