Puxi Grade 3: Listening to a Swimmy Story

During the Personal Growth class of April 19th, our Story Moms brought a vivid story to school–Leo Lionni’s Swimmy. This story is all about a little black fish who uses its own wisdom to save a group of little red fish.

After the story, the story moms let all the children use a piece of carrot to print little red fish onto a piece of paper. The Children worked together and discussed which part would be the head, and which part would be the tail. The last student drew the eye, which is the black little fish for the whole big fish.

This vivid class taught students to learn the power of solidarity. Through working together, every student can maximize their own advantage and solve problems easily.
