Highlights in 8th Grade Culture Bazaar
Highlights in 8th Grade Culture Bazaar
On the afternoon of April 9th, the Cultural Bazaar of Grade 7-8 was held. Every class represented a country and displayed different aspects of that country. These included exquisite souvenirs, delicious food, and interesting activities.
Class 7(11) represented Peru. They had large and small alpacas on their stalls, which were very eye-catching and adorable. At the same time, they sold drinks with Peruvian characteristics. Another very brilliant booth was France, which was displayed by 8(4). A country famous for its art and culture is sure to be full of fun. From big to small, there were various kinds of French souvenirs. Panini, cheese, garlic bread, Macrons…food to make your mouth water! You could even take pictures with the beautiful goddess Eric Lisa.
Speaking of a variety of goods, the 8(11) class of Australia was not ready to lose to anyone. They turned all of the special animals from the Australian continent into lovely dolls. The world-famous Tim Tam cookie from Australia was also a hot product at their stall.
In the country booth of 8(1), curries of all colors rested on their table. I believe that the taste was as wonderful as the sight. Beyond these, you could also find cigar chocolate at 8(8)’s Cuba booth, fried spring rolls at 8(7)’s China booth, chicken biryani with Raita at 8(6)’s South Africa booth, french fries with cheese at 8(7)’s booth of the United States, cherries and steak at 8(3)’s Chile booth, ice-cream from 8(2)’s Turkey booth, bouquets of dried flowers from the 8(9) booth of Columbia, as well as matryoshka dolls from 8(10)’s Russia booth. The Culture Bazaar was a paradise of worldwide cuisines and a sanctuary for world culture, as well as an important charity event.
