Grade 8: ‘Walk with Sunlight’

Students from Shanghai High School International Division participated in a ‘Walk with Sunlight’ held by the “Here to Help” organization and the Xinzhuang government on Saturday, March 31st.

The students gathered early in the morning in Xincheng Central Park, ready to volunteer. Some were responsible for signing people in, dispatching T-shirts, and some were attending to the string performance of the opening ceremony. Other students guided the crowd and distributed plants.

Participating in these Spring activities and having a nice healthy walk was a nice, relaxing experience for our students. Healthy walks brought us a healthy life concept. Participating in service learning activities is always a great way to help our students improve their life skills.
