Grades 5、6: Robotics Club Launched Small Invention and Production Activities

Students taking part in the Grade 5 & 6 Robotics Club this semester created a series of small inventions and product by learning to use Mblock graphical programming software and MBot robots. In Tuesday's after-school clubs, the students of Grade 5 & 6 learned the use of various sensors of their robot, with help from their teachers. Afterwards, the students actively practiced and transformed their ideas into a series of small product. For example, through the combination of LED lights and potentiometers, the students created a small desk lamp that can change color. By making simple joysticks, they used the joystick to play games they had created on their computers. In addition, the students also produced a drawing board game and other games which could be controlled by temperature or voice-activation. Every member of the Robotics Club has become a DIY master!
