Pudong Grade 5: Book Tasting

The habits education topic during March on Pudong campus is reading. We always encourage our students to read different genres of books. In order to give our students such a chance, the 5th graders of Pudong campus had a ‘Book Tasting Session’ during their P&B class on March 27th.

Our teachers prepared 5 different genres of books for each class, and with each genre, a flavor of Oreos. Our students tasted a flavor of Oreo and read the books of each genre for ten minutes and then rotated to the next genre. Everybody loved the activity.

This was a great chance for our students to have a try of different kinds of books, even though it was only 40 minutes long. As our teachers said, if you like different flavors of Oreos, you must love different genres of books!
