Character Moral Education in Grade 2: Kindness

This week, the second graders of SHSID’s Primary School started another new topic on Moral Education: Kindness.

During Personal Growth class on March 28th, all the students figured out with help from their the teachers what words and the behavior shows kindness to others. They also learned how to avoid being unkind. The students then made Kindness posters in groups. Every student wrote some words that were very kind to others and the students identified eighteen different sentences demonstrating ‘kindness’ or ‘unkindness’, and made a class poster.

The teachers hope that all the students will realize how important kindness is in their social relationships. Hopefully every student will bring others happiness and receive that happiness in turn.
