Pudong Grade 1: We Could Invent the World!

Can you invent a whole new world out of nothing? Our grade one students can! On March 27th, the first graders of SHSID’s Pudong campus presented their wonderful inventions from their Social Science project. Their teachers were all excited to see how creative the projects looked, when the students brought their own inventions into the classroom early in the morning. Those inventions include: multifunctional houses, fire rescue helmets, reading caps, manual powered handshakes, two-beverages-in-one straw, etc. However large, small, complicated, or simple inventions they presented, the students had all put a great deal of thought into how to make the world a better place. From this invention exercise, we hope that our students have broadened their imaginations and realized that they can work little by little to realize their own dreams.
