Grade 12: Science Fair
Grade 12: Science Fair
In the CAS class of March 21st, the Grade 9-12 students gathered in the Xianmian Building to attend this year’s Science Fair. In this Science Fair, activities from last year returned. These included lipstick making and 3D printing. However, a lot of new activates have also been added.
For Physics, bottle balancing challenge, Jenga, and Cup Dribbling set things off. Students who finally succeeded clapped and who failed were very sad. The Burr Puzzle also attracted a group of students, and soon everyone's eyebrows were locked just like the puzzle, thinking about how to solve it.
For Chemistry, last year’s popular activities returned: lipstick, silver mirror reactions, shining glow sticks, and BZ reactions. There were also some newly added ones… Element Bags, a Periodic Table puzzle, and an amazing balancing chemical equations contest. All the students enjoyed this wonderful world of molecules and atoms, and at the same time worked hard to create canvas bags and jigsaw puzzles.
For Biology, everything was full of vitality. DIY baby succulent pots, making ecological bottles, making small orange lamps, and making herbal sachets all attracted a large number of students. They really enjoyed creating their own biological world.
In addition to subject activities, a science bowl, VR movies, a 3D printing exhibition, robot shows, and lectures provided by iFLYTEK intelligent voice display and Drug Discovery and Frontiers were also open to everyone. We hope that every student enjoyed the Science Fair, and perhaps even learned a thing or two.
