Puxi Grade 4: Body Systems Science Project

How many organs are there in our bodies? What function do these organs have? This month in science class, in order to help the students have a better understanding of their bodies and bodily health, they have been exploring various body systems, such as the digestive system, nervous system, and skeletal system.

The children learned the names of the organs in each system, their functions, and how the different systems work together. Their work culminated in a 3D project of a body system of their choice.

Project-making is a good way to summarize what one has learned in class. The fourth graders not only increased their handcraft abilities, but also have a better understanding their bodies.
