Dr. Seuss Week Ends With Character Day in Grade 2

Friday, March 16th was the last day of Dr. Seuss Week activities in Grades 1 & 2 at SHSID. The second graders dressed up like one of their favorite characters from Dr. Seuss’ books. Every student celebrated Dr. Seuss Week through these fun and meaningful activities.

Some students dressed like Thing 1 and Thing 2, while some students dressed like The Cat in the Hat, others dressed like Sneetches, and someone even dressed like Horton the Elephant!

Although this fun and interesting week is now over, every student has spent a lot of time reading and communicating with others about Dr. Seuss’ books.
