SHSID Stallions Boys Football League

On March the 5th the SHSID Stallions Football Team travelled to YKPAO for their second game of the SSSA Football League. Having won 3-0 against SUIS Gubei last week, the Stallions entered this game with confidence. The first 15 minutes were evenly contested with both teams having shots on goal and YKPAO applying pressure. It wasn’t until the 20th minute that Woongyu broke through into the penalty zone and finished well into the left side of the net. SHSID scored once more before half time thanks to Koki. The second half started, and after a talk about possession from Coach France, SHSID began the second half in control. Woongyu started strong with a hatrick of goals scored within just 10 minutes. YKPAO fought back and put 2 long rage goals in the net. However, SHSID weren’t finished yet. Horatio took advantage of the Keeper off his line, and scored from 25m, before Thomas delivered SHSIDs punishing blow after a lovely pass from Koki. The final score was YKPAO 2, SHSID 7. Next week, the SHSID Boys will travel to Guanghua College. SHSID’s U19 Girls will face the YKPAO Girls at home on Thursday, kicking off at 5pm.
