Pudong Cmapus：Welcome to my fabulous holiday!

On Friday, February 26th, the third graders of Pudong campus shared their wonderful holiday lives with their classmates.

One of the Chinese holiday homework assignments asked the students to record the Chinese New Year celebrations in their hometowns. The students shared various ways to celebrate this splendid festival. The students from Singapore and Malaysia showed us how they celebrate: with a Fish Plate! They stirred up some fish and veggies in a big plate while whispering, ‘Lo Hei’, which means ‘good luck for the new year’. The students from the north of China talked about their dumpling banquets. The students from the US talked about first time experiencing new year in China.

For Math class, they presented their math project, entitled: ‘My Birthday Plan’. They discussed how to make their budgets more realistic.
