SHSID Students Won 1st place of the 2nd TOC

From February 3rd to 5th, the 2nd Tournament of Champions China (TOC), which was hosted by the National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA) of China, and was held in Shanghai.

120 teams from all over China entered the tournament. The motion this year was: ‘Humanity should establish a space colony by 2050’.

After heated debate, Sophia Wang, Tian Yu Zhang, and Kevin Bao from SHSID won the Top Ten Speaker awards. Sophia and Kevin won First Place in the Public Forum Debate.
