Pudong Grade 3：We Are Ready For the New Semester

On Friday, Feb 23rd, after the Chinese New Year break, the 3rd graders of Pudong Campus assembled in the auditorium for an exciting opening ceremony.

At the beginning, Ms. Liu, the director of Pudong campus, gave a speech to send out a warm welcome and also the expectations for the new semester. Then Ethan from class 3(1) gave a speech about how he adapted to the pace of 3rd grade, and how to find balance between study and recreation. Moreover, he expressed his determination for facing the challenges in the future. After the speeches, Ms. Liu shared a Chinese poem with all the students to send her best wishes. Pete from class 3(2) translated the poem into English to show his ambition. As Ms. Liu said, the students have been becoming more mature and independent. At the end of the ceremony, teachers gave award to most excellent students of last semester and motivated everybody to strive to reach their goals.
