Puxi Grade 5: ‘Friendship’ in Youth Development class

In this week's Youth Development class, we learned about a very special and important lesson named Managing Friendship. That’s what we all care about, because no one wants to be alone all day!

Our homeroom teachers gave us a worksheet on which there were some cool questions to help us have a growth mindset toward friendship. This covered the question of a friend is, how to be a good, loyal and a caring friend, and so on. We even created a huge list on the board that says what a good friend does and should be like.

We also made posters about friendship in this class. We got into groups of two or three. It was really fun. Besides, nobody was annoyed to be with someone they usually don’t get along with, because everyone is friends now! At last, every poster came out looking really cool.

The class ended really quickly, and everyone had a great time. What we liked the most is that we learnt that everyone is friends and we should all be nice towards each other. What an important lesson!
