Pudong Grade 2: My Shopping Cart

Recently, Grade 2 students have been learning about money. They learned about different kinds of coins, like dollars, quarters, dimes and so on. They also learned how to use different ways to show the same amount. After learning about money, Grade 2 began to work on a math project called ‘My Shopping Cart’. The students needed to decide what they wanted to buy, how much each item costs, and what kinds of coins they would need. Everyone finished a beautiful poster, and now some of the posters are posted in the hallway.
