The “One Table Two Chairs” Drama Festival

The “One Table Two Chairs” Drama Festival, hosted in Shanghai High School International Division, ended successfully with joy and applause on the tenth of December. This annual festival began last year and is a part of the Union of Shanghai International and Bilingual Schools Consortium for the Arts. Schools such as Shanghai Singapore International School, NSO, North America International School, Nord Angelia Chinese International School, and HSEFZ International Division all joined Shanghai High School International Division to perform and enjoy new plays as well as new twists on classics.

It was an honor to host professional judges Aaron Hawkins, Wang Jue, and Yang Jia; and a pleasure to hear wonderful music along with exciting stories from amazingly talented students. The actors of ‘The Incident’, performed by NSO, did an outstanding job. ‘Kill Bier’, an original Chinese musical preformed by the SHSID Sidact Muscial Club, was also extraordinary.
