Puxi Grade 1：We are Responsible “Egg Parents”!

December 11th was the last day for ‘The Protecting Egg Baby Activity’ in First Grade. After one whole week of great effort, many of the first graders became very responsible and qualified ‘Egg Parents’.

They took their egg babies with them every day– from school to home and from home to school. They took care of their egg babies with great attention. They had dinner with their babies, read books and watched TV with them, even slept with them! Every child made an electric book with the iPad apps Book Creator. All the students who took good care of the egg babies without breaking them received a certificate from their teachers.

From this activity, all the students came to better understand just how hard their own parents work to take care of them every day. They also learned how to be responsible for another, small life.
