Puxi Grade 3: Let’s go to Baolong Art Gallery to have an Aesthetics Class！

Blazing colors on ginkgo trees marks autumn on Caobao Road. Autumn, like a pianist, loves using thick and heavy colors to paint on the world. In this season, on December 5th, all the students in Puxi Grade 3 stepped over the autumn’s fallen leaves to enter the Baolong Art Gallery, to have a vivid aesthetics class.

The staff of the gallery introduced the gallery in detail to our students, keeping everything from a child’s angle and cognition. The students listened carefully and took down lots of notes. They enjoyed the artworks and looked carefully at the exquisite drawings and abundant colors. They discussed the art with intense interest and raised valuable questions after thinking carefully.

As a private non-profit art gallery, Baolong Gallery collects modern art. With abundant exhibits, it was built to make enjoyment of this art available to the public. It also puts efforts on artwork exhibition, academic exchange and public education. All of these activities make it into a platform of exhibition and communication.

Through this field trip, we hope our students can continue develop their own taste in art!
